Worst of Milan & Paris Men's Fall/Winter 2012

1.Commes Des Garcons

That fat drunken fan at the game with the foam hat: style icon.

Here are some other masculine  beauties:

2. Givenchy

A man-skirt isn't really manly unless you wear a bull nose ring.

3. Versace

If you like your tuxedo printed on a t-shirt, you'll love this silk outfit.

And in case you thought thermal underwear wasn't cool:

To be fair, I actually thought the full show was interesting.

4. Anne Demeulemeester

Weird arithmetic:

Oh, and here's a guy wearing a wool Snuggie:

5.  Walter Van Beirendonck

This guy really masters the art of subtlety and understatement.

Full show.

6. Maison Martin Margiela

A newcomer to this list; Hey, are those garbage bag handles on the coat? They may come in handy when you toss this baby into the trash.

7. Damir Doma

Sonny Bono lives (sorta)!

8. Agnes B

Fashion ninjas or fashion scuba? Time to deep-six this look.

9. Rick Owens

R.O. was a lot more down-to-earth this year, but he still provided a couple of gems.

This guy is missing his astronaut helmet.

This guy looks like he's jumping around in a leather garbage bag.

10.Andre Pompilio

Is that a banana peel in his hand?

11. Phillip Lim and Jean Paul Gaultier

Just what the world needs: more man-skirts.

Here's the JPG version:

Gotta love JPG for once again trotting out his Conan O'Brien lookalike in this awful brick-pattern print:

12. Thom Browne

If you  liked his collection for Moncler Gamme Bleu, you'll love his eponymous collection, previously posted.

Moncler Gamme Bleu

Thom Browne

Is that merkin really necessary?

Thom Browne Men's Fall/Winter 2012

I really wanted to save the Thom Browne images for the "Worst Of" posts that I do at the conclusion of Milan and Paris fashion weeks. However, this latest show was so outrageous that it really deserves a post of its own.

Full collection.
