Italian tailoring at its finest; You'll notice, there isn't a lot of crispness. Instead, the fabrics sit gently.
I used to liken this label to fellow Italian brands like Ermengildo Zegna, however with all the flowing, draping, and layering, it reminds me a lot of Armani.

Corneliani Men's Fall/Winter 2012
Brands like Zegna, Canali and Corneliani define the classic Italian gentleman, as clichéd as that sounds.
This collection nicely demonstrates how a perfectly cut wool wool sweater can be made to look just as elegant as suit jacket.
I also like the pairing of the dress pants with the more casual ankle boots-- some of them wool, I believe.

Corneliani Spring/Summer 2010/2011
It is the goal of every sartorially-inspired man to project an air of casual insouciance ("Don't try so hard"). This Corneliani show pulls that off to a T.

Corneliani, Fall/Winter 2012 Men's
In case you think winter collections must be all dark, take a look at this collection. I really love the simple classic colour schemes, especially the way the flannel grey tones complements the beige tones. The guy in the white suit maybe be pushing it for winterwear, but hey, when you look that good, why not?

Corneliani - Men's Spring/Summer 2011
Overview: Proving yet again that the Italians do it better, Corneliani masterfully combined classic and modern Italian sensibilities. The collection stressed creamy earth tones and a casual elegance made famous by Brunello Cucinelli. Now you know what to wear when invited to a dinner party at a countryside palazzo in Tuscany.
Rating: ***1/2
Highlights: Crimped cotton suits, suede shoes, loose fitted pants, leather motorcycle jackets, cotton knit sweaters.
